Baltimore Police Look into Possible Connection Between Two Armed Robberies

Baltimore police are probing the possibility that two armed robberies of businesses early Friday morning are linked. The incidents occurred within a short time frame, with the first reported shortly after midnight and the second taking place less than two hours later.

In the first robbery, suspects entered a convenience store, brandishing weapons and demanding cash from the employees. Eyewitnesses described a chaotic scene as the suspects fled the store with an undisclosed amount of money.

Just over an hour later, a nearby restaurant fell victim to a similar attack. The assailants used the same tactics, threatening staff and patrons before escaping.
